Scoliosis is a structural deformity of the spine that can affect posture and quality of life. Early detection, especially in Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS), is crucial to prevent its progression. The School-Based Scoliosis Screening (SSS) program is effective in raising awareness and detecting scoliosis. This study used a descriptive cross-sectional approach at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Seyegan with 102 students aged 13-15. Screening was performed using the Adam’s Forward Bending Test (AFBT), revealing that 79.41% of students had an ATR below 5 degrees, while 20.59% required further diagnosis. The pretest-posttest education program resulted in a 59.16% improvement in student knowledge. This program effectively enhances understanding of scoliosis and should be further developed by involving parents and teachers, as well as continuing monitoring of students at risk for scoliosis.
