Manuscript Type

COMSEP (Community Service and Empowerment Journal) accepts original articles reporting community service and empowerment activities that address practical problems and contribute to improving community capacity, welfare, and sustainability.

The journal publishes articles on community empowerment, training and mentoring, knowledge and skills transfer, technology implementation, entrepreneurship development, institutional capacity building, and other community-based initiatives. Manuscripts must describe the problems addressed, objectives, implementation methods, target participants or partner institutions, activities undertaken, evaluation procedures, and outcomes achieved.

Submissions must demonstrate the practical benefits and impacts of the activities on the target community, supported by relevant evidence and evaluation results. COMSEP does not accept purely conceptual articles or literature-based manuscripts, including systematic literature reviews and bibliometric analyses, that do not report the implementation of community service or empowerment activities.

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal. Manuscripts must comply with COMSEP's author guidelines, publication ethics, and peer-review policies.
