Copyright and License

Authors who publish their work in COMSEP (Community Service and Empowerment Journal) agree to the following terms:

• Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant COMSEP the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the initial publication in COMSEP is acknowledged. Any adaptations must be distributed under the same license.

• Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of their work, such as depositing it in an institutional repository or republishing it in a book, provided that the initial publication in COMSEP is properly acknowledged.

• Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online, including in institutional repositories or on personal and institutional websites, before, during, and after the submission process, provided that the initial publication in COMSEP is acknowledged upon publication. Such dissemination may facilitate scholarly exchange and increase the visibility and citation of published work.

Privacy Statement

The names, email addresses, and other personal information entered into the COMSEP journal website will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal, including manuscript submission, editorial processing, peer review, publication, and communication with authors. Such information will not be made available for any other purpose or disclosed to third parties, except where necessary for journal operations, required by law, or authorized by the individuals concerned.
