Conflict of Interest

COMSEP: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and integrity throughout the publication process. Authors, editors, and reviewers are encouraged to disclose any financial, professional, personal, or institutional interests that may influence, or be perceived to influence, the preparation, evaluation, or publication of a manuscript.

Potential conflicts of interest may include funding arrangements, institutional affiliations, professional collaborations, personal relationships, or other interests related to the reported community service and empowerment activities.

Authors are encouraged to disclose relevant conflicts of interest when submitting their manuscripts. If no conflict of interest exists, authors may state that there are no conflicts to declare. Any disclosed information will be considered by the editorial team to support a fair and transparent publication process.

Editors and reviewers are expected to inform the editorial team of any circumstances that may affect their impartiality. Where appropriate, alternative editorial arrangements or reviewers may be considered.

COMSEP seeks to handle conflicts of interest fairly and reasonably, taking into account the nature of the interest and its potential influence on the manuscript. The purpose of this policy is to promote transparency and protect the credibility of published articles without unnecessarily restricting scholarly collaboration.
