Edukasi Social Support serta Penyusunan dan Pengelolaan Anggaran Dana Desa pada Badan Kerja Sama Antar Desa

Abstract

Shifting the orientation of state development towards empowering villages and village communities. In empowering village development, the budget plan provides an overview and guidance on the estimated costs required by preparing the village fund budget and managing the allocated budget. The cooperation partner’s problem is the minimum of knowledge about the preparation and management of village fund budgets at Badan Kerjasama Antar Desa District of Aek Nabara Barumun, Padang Lawas Regency. This partner problem received a response from the regional government leaders of Padang Lawas Regency. The response and support given by the regional government leaders is a real form of social support as well as supervisory support from the regional government organizational structure. Community service activities that are also carried out in addition to educational activities for the preparation and management of village fund budgets are social support educational activities to strengthen and improve psychological bond between fellow village officials in Aek Nabara Barumun Padang Lawas District, to maintain/care for psychological bond with the supportive structure of regional government leadership that provides support, and to increase the mental health of well-being or happiness of the village residents. So, this community service activity is social support education as well as the preparation and management of village fund budgets at Badan Kerjasama Antar Desa of Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency as part of the effort to achieve a happy village or happy villagers.
