Abstract

This community service initiative to help UMKM owners leverage digital platforms in their marketing strategies. Most UMKM owner have not optimal used of digital platforms such as google maps and marketplace. These platforms play a crucial role in boosting business visibility expanding market reach and making it easier for customers to find business location. This community service initiative aims to enhance UMKM owners’ capabilities in digital marketing through the integration of Google Maps and marketplaces. The implementation methods include outreach, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results showed that following the intervention, 85% of SME participants successfully registered their business locations on Google Maps and listed their products on marketplaces. This increased visibility and expanded consumer reach, making it easier for customers to find physical locations and products, and opening up new market opportunities. Thus, this initiative makes a significant contribution to enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs within the digital ecosystem.
