Mathematics learning quality in junior high schools is influenced by the availability of instructional materials that support meaningful knowledge construction. However, many Student Worksheets (LKPD) used by teachers are still procedure-oriented and lack real-life contexts as the starting point of learning. Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) offers a contextual approach emphasizing student activity and progressive mathematization. This community service program aimed to improve the competence of the Junior High School Mathematics Teacher Working Group (MGMP) in Maros Regency in developing PMRI-based LKPD. The program included needs analysis, conceptual training, mentoring in LKPD development, and evaluation through participant response questionnaires. Results showed that teachers gained a better understanding of PMRI principles and were able to design LKPD incorporating realistic contexts, representation models, and reflective activities. Participant responses were very positive, with an average score of 3.53 (88%) in the very good category. These findings indicate that collaborative mentoring through MGMP effectively strengthens teachers’ pedagogical competence in developing contextual mathematics learning materials
