This community service activity aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gamer Village, Pekalongan City, through the implementation of business digitalization focusing on digital marketing strategies and digital financial record-keeping. The main problems faced by MSMEs in this area include limited utilization of digital media for marketing and manual, unstructured financial record-keeping practices. The activity was conducted using an educative and participatory approach through socialization, training, and hands-on practice. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated by comparing participants’ levels of understanding before and after the activity and observing changes in attitudes and behaviors toward the use of digital technology. The results indicate an improvement in digital literacy, practical skills in utilizing social media for marketing, and increased awareness among MSME actors to adopt digital financial recording and separate personal and business finances. This activity produced positive short-term impacts in the form of initial behavioral changes in business management and has the potential to generate long-term impacts on the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs. Moreover, this community service program represents the downstream implementation of research findings on MSME digital transformation adapted to local community needs.
