This Community Service activity aims to improve the capacity of KUB Surya Gading Saiyo's human resources in managing product marketing through the marketplace platform independently, so that they are able to switch from conventional marketing to digital marketing, expand their market reach, and support the sustainability of the group's business. The community service activity was conducted by providing direct/face-to-face training on the importance of understanding marketing on marketplace platforms. The results of the activity showed an increase in the partners' understanding and ability to recognize the functions of the marketplace, create and manage digital marketing accounts, and understand basic online product marketing strategies. This improvement is an indicator that applied assistance is able to address the main problems faced by partners.
