Peningkatan Kapasitas Pengelola: Pelatihan Penilaian Kinerja BUM Desa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

Abstract

The government hopes Village-Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa) will assist the government in improving the village economy. Therefore, BUM Desa must successfully manage its business and organization to achieve the expected performance. The community service activity "Village-Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa) Performance Assessment training in Indragiri Hulu Regency" aims to provide knowledge in assessing BUM Desa performance and financial reporting and analysis of BUM Desa financial reports. This community service activity has increased the understanding of BUM Desa operational implementers in assessing BUM Desa performance. With the increasing understanding of BUM Desa operational implementers regarding the assessment of BUM Desa financial performance and social performance, it is hoped that BUM Desa can carry out better organizational management to produce optimal performance. From this community service activity, it is also known that there is a need for intensive mentoring activities in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Indragiri Hulu Regency and other Regencies, especially in recording, managing, and reporting finances properly and correctly.
