Penerapan Genba TPM Auotonous Maintenance Untuk Perubahan Paradigma Baru Yang Lebih Maju Di UNIMAR

Community service activities are an obligation for lecturers in higher education to play an active role and contribute in order to improve the quality of human resources through training and implementation. Training and implementation are carried out at UNIMAR universities with the aim of increasing the motivation, innovation and creativity of trainees on the concepts and methods of Genba, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM), the training method is carried out by means of material presentations, interactive dialogues, group discussions. This activity is not only theoretical but also has a case study session in the field and makes a report from the results of the case study in the field. During the training activities lasting until the end of the activity participants consisting of students actively following carefully, full of enthusiasm, from the results of the post-activity reflection showed the results, participants had knowledge and skills about the concepts and methods of Genba, TPM, AM and their implementation, the participants also had the ability to find problems, collect data and analyze and determine methods to overcome these problems and make reports that the participants did.
