Abstract

Utilization of narrow land with shallot cultivation is expected to be the beginning of improving skills to then become the beginning of agribusiness for the disability group so that it can increase income and be more independent in meeting daily needs.              The implementation method includes several stages: provision of materials, provision of shallot planting materials, cultivation practices, for the sustainability of this program the PKM team will carry out: monitoring and mentoring during the activity.

             Based on the results of the team's monitoring and evaluation, it can be concluded as follows after the activities the partners have a very satisfying increase in knowledge and skills to carry out shallot cultivation activities, further cooperation is needed to continue to improve skills in order to empower the disability group as an increase in the creative economy of partner members.
