Bimbingan Teknis Penyusunan Dokumen Akreditasi UPT Perpustakaan STMIK Amik Riau

Abstract

The performance of a library must be evaluated and standardized in order to get an idea of ??the quality of its performance. To measure this quality, you can assess library accreditation standards. UPT STMIK Amik Riau Library has made efforts to evaluate service quality through an accreditation assessment scheme. However, there are several problems and obstacles, namely; limited ability and understanding in preparing accreditation documents, as well as limited technical ability to prepare physical evidence attached to the accreditation form. So, we, the PkM team, offered a solution to the STMIK Amik Riau Library UPT to carry out technical guidance activities for preparing library accreditation documents. The method that will be used by the PkM team is to provide material in the form of training and technical guidance directly to all staff at the STMIK Amik Riau Library UPT.
