The formation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) is one of the government's efforts to stimulate the village economy by utilizing the availability of resources in the rural environment. However, along the way, Village-Owned Enterprises encountered various problems that hampered their growth. One of the problems faced by Village-Owned Enterprises is a management system that is not yet optimal and the low quality of human resources. The aim of carrying out community service activities in the form of training for the Directors of Village-Owned Enterprises in Pelalawan Regency is to increase their knowledge regarding of the governance of Village-Owned Enterprises as well as knowledge about organization, roles and responsibilities of managing Village-Owned Enterprises. The training on the governance of Village-Owned Enterprises was attended by 28 Directors. Before starting the training, a pre-test was held to determine the training participants' understanding. With this training, it was proven that participants' understanding of the governance of Village-Owned Enterprises increased.
