Cervical cancer remains the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths among Indonesian women, with 70% of cases detected at an advanced stage. This condition is exacerbated by heightened anxiety, limited health literacy, and the absence of culturally aligned prevention strategies. This empowerment program, grounded in Malay cultural traditions, aims to enhance VIA (Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid) participation, increase knowledge, and reduce anxiety among eight Posyandu cadres and ten reproductive-age women in Limbungan Baru Village, Pekanbaru. Conducted in six offline sessions from July 7 to November 7, 2025, the intervention integrates interactive education, SEFT enriched with Malay musical elements, VIA practice, and the development of herbal-based complementary therapies. The program resulted in full VIA participation, notable improvements in knowledge, and a 59% reduction in anxiety, indicating strengthened early detection capacity, psychological readiness, and health literacy, with strong potential for sustainable implementation to reduce cervical cancer incidence.
