Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Masyarakat dalam Pembangunan dan pengembangan potensi sumber daya yang ada di wilayah terkait dengan tingginya heterogenitas Masyarakat baik dari latar belakang suku, budaya dan Tingkat Pendidikan serta status sosial, maka dibutuhkan penguatan sumber daya manusia untuk menunjang Pembangunan di wilayah RW 30 dengan segala potensi yang di miliki melalui penguatan Spritualitas seluruh elemen yang ada dalam Masyarakat baik sebagai pemangku kebijakan di Tingkat RW dan RT serta seluruh unsur Masyarakat untuk menciptkan kolaborasi yang kuat dalam membangun wilayah tempat tinggal tanpa melihat beragam perbedaan yang ada.

Kelurahan Labuh Baru Barat termasuk salah satu kelurahan di Kota Pekanbaru yang sangat potensial di sektor perkebunan. Salah satu perkebunan yang menjadi potensi kelurahan tersebut yaitu perkebunan nanas. Untuk memanen buah nanas, dibutuhkan waktu 12-18 bulan. Buah nanas selama ini diambil buahnya untuk dimakan secara langsung ataupun diolah menjadi produk olahan makanan, sedangkan kulitnya hanya terbuang begitu saja. Sementara mitra kegiatan ini adalah petani nanas yang mendapatkan penghasilan hanya saat masa panen nanas tiba. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka kegiatan ini dilakukan agar para petani nanas dapat mengolah limbah kulit nanas menjadi produk lain yang bernilai ekonomis sehingga dapat diperjual belikan dan memberikan penghasilan tambahan bagi mitra program. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan, praktik, serta pendampingan untuk pengemasan dan pemasaran produk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra dapat menghasilkan produk sabun cuci piring yang merupakan pemanfaatan dari limbah kulit nanas sehingga dapat dijual untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan.

Pelatihan Peningkatan Penjualan BUMDES Melalui Aplikasi E-Commerce

BUMDes is one of the village's assets which aims to increase village's economic income. However, in practice, several BUMDes still have limitations in marketing their products. BUMDes consumers are only limited to the communities around BUMDes, so BUMDes turnover is very small, even though many BUMDes products are superior products that can be introduced more widely. Therefore, this community service was created to train BUMDes in marketing their products online through e-commerce applications. This activity is carried out through several stages, namely survey and preparation, implementation consisting of socialization, tutorials and practice, and monitoring and evaluation. In this activity, BUMDes managers input BUMDes profiles and their products into the e-commerce application. BUMDes managers, especially BUMDes Mandiri Jaya, feel very helped by the e-commerce application and plan to create new products and collaborate with many parties to advance their BUMDes.

Raising public awareness of the green economy through entrepreneurship is a strategic step in supporting sustainable development. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of employees at the Environmental Agency of Langsa City in guiding the community, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in implementing a green economy. The Experiential Learning method was used to provide participants with hands-on experience through entrepreneurship training, financial reporting preparation, and the utilization of technology in sustainable businesses. The program results indicate that participants gained a better understanding of the green economy, entrepreneurship, and the importance of systematic financial recording. In the long run, this program is expected to increase environmental awareness and strengthen the green entrepreneurship ecosystem in Langsa City. Through this approach, the community not only benefits economically but also contributes to environmental sustainability

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur'an Syech Ahmad Chatib Al-minangkabawi is a boarding school under the auspices of the Syech Ahmad Chatib Foundation. Located in Koto Tuo, Balai Gurah, Ampek Angkek District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra, it is located on an area of approximately one (1) Ha. This boarding school is a development of the tahfidzul qur'an boarding school which is intended for female students. With the increase in the number of female students from year to year, the Syech Ahmad Chatib Al-minangkabawi Tahfizhul Qur'an boarding school requires some development of adequate facilities and infrastructure for the activities of tahfizul Qur'an female students to support activities while in the boarding school. Therefore, the team in community service activities provides the concept of green architecture development with the main approach to the principles of respect for site and respect for user. Through this approach, it is hoped that efforts to develop facilities and infrastructure for the boarding school for tahfidzul Qur'an can increase the potential of female students in realising their ability to memorise the Qur'an.

Abstrak

Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an Syech Ahmad Chatib Al-minangkabawi adalah sebuah pondok pesantren (ponpes) yang berada di bawah naungan Yayasan Syech Ahmad Chatib. Berlokasi di Koto Tuo, Balai Gurah, Kecamatan Ampek Angkek, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat terletak di atas lahan seluas lebih kurang satu (1) Ha. Pondok pesantren ini merupakan pengembangan dari pondok pesantren tahfidzul qur’an yang di peruntukan untuk santri wati . Dengan adanya penambahan jumlah santriwati dari tahun ke tahun , maka pondok pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an Syech Ahmad Chatib Al-minangkabawi memerlukan beberapa pengembangan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk kegiatan santriwati tahfizul Qur’an guma menunjang aktivitas selama di pondok. Oleh sebab itu tim dalam kegiatan pengabdian keapada masyarakat memberikan konsep pengembangan green arsitektur dengan pendekatan utama pada prinsip respect for site dan respect for user. Melalui pendekatan ini di harapkan upaya pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pondok pesantren tahfidzul Qur’an dapat meningkatkan potensi santriwati dalam mewujudkan kemampuan dalam menghafal Qur’an.

South Tapanuli Traditional Cloth Craftsmen are active as can be seen from the activities carried out by young craftsmen who participate in preserving South Tapanuli traditional cloth with creative economic activities preserving ethnic cloth and carrying out entrepreneurship. Economic independence refers to the ability of individuals to be financially independent and not dependent on other people in terms of economic prosperity through micro, small, medium or large entrepreneurial activities. The activity of preserving ethnic fabrics (cloth) is conducted consciously to preserve the original traditional diversity of the Tapsel region which is a cultural heritage and does it with a sense of joy (happiness). The success in preserving Tapsel's traditional cultural heritage has increasingly made Tapsel's traditional cloth craftsmen and enterpreneurs happy, because it begins with a sense of joy in carrying out activities to preserve these ethnic cloths. Typical Tapsel cloth business actors are economically independent enterprenurs who carry out creative economic activities, namely Tapsel ethnic cloth. It is important for every individual as a human resource to be able to enjoy the process of working, so that they can feel and enjoy the happiness of working. Happiness is proportional to the extent to which a person appreciates his life as a whole, builds meaningful relationships with others, is fully involved, finds purpose in daily life, is optimistic and remains realistic, and resilient.

Various digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce, can be effectively implemented by Chandra Craft to reach a broader audience and improve customer engagement. A key aspect of this initiative is the reactivation of the existing Shopee marketplace account, which has not been managed effectively. Additionally, understanding consumer behavior and preferences is crucial to tailor marketing efforts that resonate with target customers. By providing practical recommendations and community-based training, this initiative aims to empower UKM Chandra Craft in effectively utilizing digital marketing to increase brand visibility and foster customer loyalty. Ultimately, the goal is to contribute to the development of best practices in digital marketing for UKMs in Indonesia, supporting local economic growth through the empowerment of small businesses and enhancing their ability to compete in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Antisipasi Investasi Bodong Melalui Literasi Keuangan Bagi Siswa SMAN 1 Siak

Fraudulent investments are increasingly common and often target individuals with low financial literacy, including students. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding of SMAN 1 Siak students regarding the basic concepts of investment and how to recognize illegal investment schemes. The Sharia Investment Gallery of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau provided training to around 115 students and 10 teachers of SMAN 1 Siak as an effort to improve investment and capital market literacy, as well as to prevent the influence of fraudulent investments that are increasingly common. The methods used include seminars, interactive discussions, and case simulations. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of legal investments and strategies to avoid financial fraud. It is hoped that this education can help students make wiser financial decisions in the future.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy but often struggle with tax management due to limited knowledge and resources. This community service program aims to enhance the financial efficiency of Laris Snack, a tempeh cracker MSME, through tax planning socialization and assistance. Activities included obtaining a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), tax education, and basic financial reporting training. The results showed improved tax compliance, better understanding of tax regulations, and enhanced financial record-keeping skills. This assistance is expected to help MSMEs manage their tax obligations more effectively, increasing their competitiveness and business sustainability in the future.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pelatihan Manajemen SDM Untuk Pengembangan Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah (UKM)

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a strategic role in encouraging local economic growth, creating jobs, and reducing poverty rates. However, many SMEs still face various challenges, especially in the aspect of effective management of Human Resources (HR). This community service is carried out in Bagaman Citra Mas Housing, Tanjung Uncang Village, Sagulung District, Batam , on the grounds that this area has a fairly high potential for SMEs but has not been supported by adequate human resource management. The selection of this location is also based on the needs of the local community to increase business capacity to face increasingly competitive market competition. The main objective of this activity is to empower local SMEs through HR management training that focuses on improving workforce management skills, developing business strategies, and improving operational efficiency. This training is designed in the form of workshops, group discussions, and hands-on practice involving active participant participation. The implementation techniques include interactive lectures, case study simulations, and managerial practices based on real problems faced by participants. The results of the service showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills related to human resource management. A total of 82% of participants experienced an improvement in post-training evaluation scores, while 65% began to implement more structured managerial practices in their efforts. In addition, the formation of a collaboration network between SMEs in the region is one of the positive results that supports sustainable business development. This program is expected to be a model of community empowerment that can be replicated in other regions, especially in the context of SME capacity building based on human resource management.
